Hi,
I am connected to a SQL server using DirectQuery but this is what displays in the query editor for one of the fields:
And the other fields display this:
Does this have to do with setting up a parameter or another problem? Thanks

There is no a specific cause or a fix to this error, you need to detect the problem in the query codes , take a look at others with same problem. The OP solved himself in the solution.
