SQL Sentry Cloud not working

I'm not sure what to do.  I added the SQL Sentry Cloud content pack but the dashboard charts are empty and when I click on Reports it just crashes:

 

 

Something went wrong.

This is fixed now.  I didn't realize I had to set up customer conditions in SQL Sentry, that's why data wasn't showing up.  As far as the errors being gone I don't know what the problem was but removing the dataset/dashboard/report and recreating everything did the trick.
