I think I put a wrong password and I get an error "Call function sign on incomplete...
Can anyone help with that since I can't reconnect...

In your scenario, first ensure that you specify a valid password for the user in SAP, please review this similar thread for more details.
After you change password, please go to Files->Options and settings->Data sources settings in Power BI Desktop, find your SAP data source, clear permissions, then re-connect to SAP.
