Running a R script in power query editor

Hello,

I am running a simple scrpit in the power query editor as noted below it works really well the only thing I have noticed is that it will create the file, if not already created with the same table information listed three times. Then if I refresh the data it will append the information to what is there already but again adds the new information to the bottom three times. Is this because the script is ran three times during the refresh stage or is it something to do with the script?

write.table(dataset, file = 'filepath.filename.csv', sep=',', append=true)

Thank you in advance for your help.
