Running Total percentage by row

Hi

Below is a picture of my pivot, what I need to be able to do is get a running total of gender diversity in a percentage by ROWS. Eg Female =20% Male =80% total for the row and date =100%. I thought that this would be pretty easy as you can do running total % by column, but I just cant figure it out.

I would like to be able to create a measure for my pivot table so that all the charts that Im creating will able to be sorted by a catergory that gives continuity to all my pivot charts.

I have looked and looked online without much luck so thought I would see if anyone can help me out.

Thanks KW
