Rows to columns headers

I have data in a table where I need to move one column to become the column headers (in this case designation)

Userid	designation	value
A	Firstname	Peter
A	Lastname	Brown
A	Role	Teamleader
B	Firstname	Mary
B	Lastname	Bloggs
B	Role	CEO
C	Firstname	John
C	Lastname	Smith
C	Role	Manager

So the end result becomes like this

Userid	Firstname	Lastname	Role
A	Peter	Brown	Teamleader
B	Mary	Bloggs	CEO
C	John	Smith	Manager

Can anyone help with the powerquery to acheive this please?

select the designation column.

Pivot (from the Transform menu)-> Choose value in the Values.

Choose "Don't aggregate" from the Advanced
