Need your help in getting output as stated below:-
Input table data:-
Room | Red | Yellow | Green |
A | Yes | No | Yes |
B | Yes | Yes | Yes |
1st Output as:-
Room | Yes |
A | Red, Green |
B | Red, Yellow & Green |
2nd Output as:-
Room | Color | Yes/No |
A | Yellow | No |
B | Green | Yes |

Hi,
First, unpivot the color columns.
Then, filter the 'Value' column for the 'Yes' value.
Next, use the Group By operation and modify its formula as follows:
Text.Combine([Attribute],", ")
and let me know the logic behind the 2nd output?
