Rest API - Import Organization Content Pack

Is it possible thru the Rest API to Import an Organization Content Pack?   I need to set up a very large # of groups that will have  access to the same data but need to seperate the reports and dashboards they create.   I also want to keep the dataset seperate from these groups which is where the content pack comes in.   By seperate I mean the group members can create, modify and delete reports in the application workgroup but cannot refresh, delete or view the dataset definition.

It is not possible to import organization content pack using Power BI rest API, users need to manually connect to the content pack in Power BI Service.
