Report for Time and attendes for project (subtract in same colum different rows)

Hi
I am trying to make a report for time registered on project and project lines.

My problem is that I have different wage types.

In example one wage type is "Monthly paid" and one is "Overtime 50% addition" and one is "Plusstime to timebank"

Monthly paid 7,5 hours

Overtime 50% 2,5 hours (addition to hourly pay)

Plusstime to TB 2,5 hours

Which adds up to 12, 5 hours when they have only worked 10 hours.

Sometimes they work without getting overtime

Monthly paid 7,5 hours

Plusstime to TB 2,5 hours

Which adds up to 10 hours which is correct.

I want to change wage types from the list I have today into this:

Wage Type todayWage type I need
FastlønnNormal tid
Plusstid 1Normal tid
Plusstid 2Normal tid
Overtidstillegg 50%Overtidstillegg 50%
Overtidstillegg 100%Overtidstillegg 100%
Offshore kompensasjonOffshore
Offshore tilleggOffshore
HelligdagsgodtgjHelligdagsgodtgj
NattilleggNattillegg

Then I need to group New Wage types per project, employee, date and hours

If there is overtime and/or Offshore then that needs to be subtracted from Normal time per date and emplyee.

We also have to consider that new wage types may come later, so they need to be displayed in the report as well.

This is the date I have on one project ( I use Prosjekt.1 and Prosjektlinje to group in report)

You can create groups in Power BI (on the UI side) that can map your wage types accordingly. You can then base measures or calculated columns on these groups.

Where they don't help is when you have new wage types coming in.  Groups have a bucket "Others"  which you would have to manually monitor for new items, and then adjust your groups and formulas accordingly.
