Remove rows that include xxx in Power Query Transformation Sample File

Hi, I need some help on how to remove all rows that include 'not assigned' in Agent (ticket) column on Transform Sample File, so whenever a new report gets refreshed, it automatically removes it.

It is currently bringing errors everytime I refresh and I do not require it on my dashboard.

Click on the arrow on the right hand side of that column in the  query editor to see the filter options.  Choose Does Not Contain and enter your value.
