Another way is to filter rows according to Werk column string length after grouping. Duplicated rows have longer strings than others.
= Table.SelectRows(#"Grouped Rows", each Text.Length([Werk])<=4)

Best way is to select column 1 and column 2 before group by and remove duplicates.
