I'm having problem with the redshift connector. Normally I can connect to cluster without any issues, however if "enable_case_sensitive_identifier" is set to TRUE on database level (determines whether name identifiers of databases, tables, and columns are case sensitive), seems like entire connector breaks, and below error is displayed. This appears on attempt to open up any of existing databases in the cluster, no matter if it cotains mixed case table names or not.
Hi @v-yingjl, thanks for checking!
March 22 (2.103.881.0 64-bit), we also replicated this issue on my colleagues PC, but he's out on holidays so I'm not able to check with him for his version.
Creating new connection/clearing the permissions didn't help
Edit: My colleague was using the same version (March 22). I updated to April 22 version, the same problem prevails, even after clearing permissions
Hi @Szyku ,
Seems like could not reproduce it in my side as far as my test. Which version of Power BI Desktop you have used in this thread?
In addition, when set 'enable_case_sensitive_identifier' as true in the database site, have you tried to clear the permissions in Power BI Desktop and reconnect to it again to check it.
