March 22 (2.103.881.0 64-bit), we also replicated this issue on my colleagues PC, but he's out on holidays so I'm not able to check with him for his version.
Creating new connection/clearing the permissions didn't help
Edit: My colleague was using the same version (March 22). I updated to April 22 version, the same problem prevails, even after clearing permissions
