Redshift connector end of support warning
Hi everyone,
We're currently building a solution on Fabric requiring regular data transfers from Redshift.
We are getting a warning message inviting us to update our Redshift connector to the newest version (2.0). This Microsoft Learn Link is also available in the message.
It seems like it is related to Synapse / Data Factory, but not to Fabric.
Do you guys have an idea please?
Correct. It's up to the Fabric team to upgrade.

This error/warning only applies to ADF/Synapse. It could be a bug if Fabric user sees it. There's no plan for Fabric users to manually upgrade the connector.

Hi GregoireMansio0, I think you can ignore that warning, as you are not able to update connectors yourself. The warning about upgrading the Redshift connector to version 2.0 comes from ADF / Synapse and Fabric uses the same underlying integration runtime and connector stack.
Hope this helps. If so, please give kudos 👍 and mark as Accepted Solution ✔️ to help others.

Thank's nielsvdc for your answer !
Indeed that's what I thought regarding the ADF/Synapse alert brought in Fabric.
The Fabric Dev Team should therefore update the underlying connectors/IR themselves right?

Correct. It's up to the Fabric team to upgrade.
