Read data from column in Sheet

Dear friends, I have  a question about pass a column in a sheet as parameter (that may change in the number of elements on the same column from one time to other)

I have this power query in Excel:

= Odbc.Query("dsn=MIDB", "SELECT        I3_NUMED AS MEDIDOR, I3_STATUS AS STATUS_MED#(lf)FROM            CATAL3#(lf)WHERE        (I3_NUMED IN ( 'P521Y8 ', '523DNE ', '4V97T5 '))")

And it returns all data without problem to an excel Sheet1 all the info requested. I can change manually the parameters and again I got the result in the sheet without any problem:

Now, in the same book in Sheet2, I wrote in the column A,  a new set of parameters that I wish to use as new parameters, but, I dont know how to "link" to the power query to let know that those elements are the new parameters for my query:

I wish to understand how to do this the mos elementary form. And then I will continue improving the query from myself.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank very much.

Hi @epayen ,

Did you mean that you want to use another sheet as parameter values, right? If so, you could refer to Pass-ParametertoPowerbI  for details. Or you also could refer to below How to handle SSRS multi-value parameter filtering in SQL Server Parallel Data Warehouse , then combine sheet's values into a string, and filter with this string.
