REST API not pulling more than 10k rows

Have a problem I am hoping someone can help with. I have set up a REST API to pull a rather large data set. The table I am referencing has 150k+ rows. However, when I connect the api and refresh the data I only get 10k rows. I upgraded to Power BI Pro thinking that would solve the issue since there was some limit with the free version but cannot get it to work.

Any help is appreciated!
