I already install the new personal gateway but when I try to enter my credentials inside the gateway, I get the following message. Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance

Could you try installing it on a machine that has Windows 8 or 10?
If you keep seeing the problem it might be something specific to your tenant : speacial AD settings or something.

What Operating system and what version of IE do you have on that machine?

Thanks for answering me . I'm using windows 7 professional and my IE I believe is the number 10, Do you recommend me to upgrade one of them or this is not the problem?

We actually found out the issue gets resolved with the latest IE security update. Here's the link to install it:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3154070
You will need to restart your server or PC and try PBI Enterprise Gateway installation again.
This should resolve it.
