Problema para conectar con API

Hola! tengo problemas para conectarme con el siguiente API: 

Metodo: POST

Headers: Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded

URL: https://hst-api.wialon.com/wialon/ajax.html?svc=token/login

Body: params={"itemId":23372693,"timeFrom":1631804400,"timeTo":1631811600,"flags":"0x0000","flagsMask":"0xFF00","loadCount":"0xffffffff"}

Hago la consulta por RestClient y si genera resultados. 

Hago la consulta por Power Query y me da:
