Pro User needs to increment data from excel

I have exel table A and table B.

Each day table B updates with new data.

Steps I want to take:

Day 1

Append B to A

A + B becomes a new data set C

Day 2

Append updated B to new data set C

Long Description

I recieve auto generated .csv reports daily from an application.

The application limits the .csv download size

So to overcome the download size I can only download one days worth of data.

Each day I want to combine the downloads and grow the data set.

In effect i want the combined downloads to become historical data that grows over time.

It sounds like I need the incremental feature of PowerBI Premium however I just have a Pro License.

I'm thinking you could just use the Import from folder feature. Then just drop the new csv file in that folder and refresh. Let Power Query do the heavy lifting of mashing it into one table.
