Hello, sometimes when I refresh my table and my query, I get an error message that "2023E"could not be converted into date format. I don't find any reason for this behavior. Maybe someone can help me. Thank you.

It looks like your raw data was converted to be presented in scientific notation, what does your raw data look like?
If your original data structure is the same as the data I tested:
You can directly convert the column to a date type directly when the column's data type is text:
