Power query result is exactly what I want, but that result cannot be loaded to Power BI table, why?

I get a csv file from azure storage blob with Power Query,

after step actions, the preview in Power Query is exactly what I want. as picture 1

however, the table in Power Query cannot load into Power BI, in the Power BI table, only one column indicate the data source file name. as picture 2

Can anyone help, really really appreciate it!!!

Right click on this query and check whether Include in report refresh is checked.

yes! I refresh the data no error message, but the data record just not show up in the model table view
