Power query output as source

Hi,

 

I have a power output (output1)with 2 excel files as source ( Source1 & Source 2). In the output ( data view) I. Have to create 5 new columns where it will be updated manually. Once update is done the file should save in the same workbook in another tab. Now I will need to use this new tab as source to perform few steps. any help in this regard is appreciated??
