Power bi issues.

Hi,
1) Currently if we build Power BI reports on SQL-DB, can we later shift the same reports directly to SQL DW or Cosmos DB .
2) Do you have any documents for deciding on the optimal sizing for these three DB’s. (Cosmos, Azure SQL DB and SQL DW)
Thanks,
Gopinath Sunduru

Hi @Anonymous

Do you mean connecting to SQL-DB and use the data to create reports with power bi,

then change the data source to SQL DW or Cosmos DB and use the same report?

If the fields in different database have the same meaning, you could select "edit queries"->"data source setting",change with other data source and give the correct credential.

Or you could have a look at power bi dataflow

Best Regards

Maggie
