Power Query

Hi @pedrostt8
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum and a thank you to @PwerQueryKees  for the insightful guidance.

From your clarification, it sounds like the data from the second spreadsheet isn't appearing at all, even at the earliest stage of the query. This often suggests that the issue is related to how the second file is being referenced or imported into Power Query.

Here are a few things to check:

  • In the Source or Navigation step, make sure the second spreadsheet is actually listed and selected and If you're working with a folder of files, ensure both spreadsheets are inside the folder and being processed.

  • If the two spreadsheets contain similar tables and you want to stack the data, use Append Queries or you're joining them based on a common column, use Merge Queries Without this step, only one file’s data might be loaded.

  • Check the data is inside a proper Excel table or named range Power Query may not recognize it otherwise.

Between the screenshot from PowerQuery and the shot of your excel table, there a a number of powerquery steps. At what step is the data disappearing? And what was the opration?
