Power Query - website - incomplete uploading

Hey,

I need to load the lines on the CoinMarketCap site.

Each page displays 100 lines

In Power Query, the result of loading a page is :

- Complete for the first 10 lines
- Incomplete for the remaining 90 rows, as only the Name and Price columns are displayed.

Any idea as to the cause of this error?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @informer ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community forum.

It sounds like you're encountering an issue where Power Query is only partially loading data from the CoinMarketCap site. This could be due to several reasons:

  • Power Query has a default data load limit, and it might be stopping after loading the first 10 rows. You might need to manually load more data.
  • After loading the data, you may need to transform it in Power Query to ensure all columns are displayed correctly.
  • Check if there are any steps in your query that might be filtering out the additional columns.
  • Go to the Power Query settings and increase the data load limit if it's set too low. Sometimes, you might need to manually click "Load More" in Power Query to fetch additional data
  • Look for any error messages in Power Query that might indicate what is going wrong. This can provide clues on how to resolve the issue.
