Power Query filtering rows with conditions

Hi,

I have a database with information of different employees in diferent companies. What i would like to do is for each company id i would like to only stay with the row that contains the information of the Chief, but if there is no chief I want to keep the Representative Legal. There is a column that says which categorie is the employee (if it's chief, representative legal, manager, etc.).

 Do you know how can I do this? Maybe by adding a custom column that says if it's the row that stays or not?
