Hello,
I want to know how I can create Table C from Table A in Power Query.
Using Unpivot, I come to have Table B, now I am struggling to find a solution to create Table C.
Please help!

I have solved this!!
First, select date columns and 'Unpivot Column'
then, select item column and 'Pivot Column'
done!

It looks like you just have to pivot Item and Value in table B and that should be it. If you paste the first table here in text-tabular form (instead of a creen capture) I can run a quick test and post the exact steps (if you do need that ).
