Hi folks, my data is stored in an excel sheet. occasionally the rate value is updated. How can I stored both the old and the new value with a DateTime Stamp of the update toPower Query.

As far as I'm aware this is currently not supported. The only way is to add a new row into your data or create a new file and append that into your model. Ideally if your source data is changed the data in model also gets changed, only solution is to take the necessary changes in the source file.

As @AnkitKukreja said, currently it is unavailable. We can only add one timestamp in Power Query, please refer to The Last Timestamp of Loading Data - Microsoft Power BI Community .
For unsupported feature, you can submit an idea and vote for it: Ideas .
