Until now it was possible to get the SQL displayed that is sent to the server via ODBC.
The moment the query was refreshed, a window appeared with the SQL string to be confirmed.
This was possible via Option "Require user permission for native database queries" selected (checkmark set) in
[Data]/[Get data]/[Query options]/[Security].
The window does no longer appear just recently, the query runs directly (although the option is still selected).
How can I now get the SQL string displayed that PQ sends to the server?

Hi Stephan,
to import that data is not my problem, I know how that works.
But the SQL I send to the server is build up by serveral parameters in PQ.
So for debugging reasons it is necessary that at I have the option to see the SQL statement _before_ it is send to the server.
Therfore I need that window to show up again - like it did (and like it should as far as I understand that option).
So how can I achieve that?
Hi @Fabian_MZ ,
Please refer to the following official document, it introduces how to enter a native database query and how to modify it.
Import data from a database using Native Database Query (Power Query).

Stephen Tao
