Power BI - visual help

Hello, 

as you can see on screen, there is a text "(Prázdné)"("empty") below red smiley. That means, there are no data for this category. For the rest smileys you can see number 2 or 1. 

How to do it such a way that I will see below red smiley "0"(zero) as we have no data(no response) or my own text?

You can add a condition to the measure as follows ;

Measure = IF ( ISBLANK( [YOURMEASURE] ) , 0 , [YOURMEASURE] )
