Can Power BI Embedded direct query with on-premises MySQL?

These are the only supported data sources for Embedded atm

  • Azure SQL database
  • Azure SQL Data Warehouse

Is this still the case? I am attempting to find up to date documentation on what Data Sources are available in Power BI Embedded, but all I can find is (old) posts like this.
