Pivot columns and remove null values

I'm new to power bi, so I'm not sure where to go from here.

I have data that I need to move from 3 rows to 3 columns. It starts like this:

I pivot the Question column by the Answer column, which is ultimately what I want. I want 3 columns, NPS, Support, and Product. However, when I pivot, I'm left with 3 rows when I want one row with 605A14.xxx.75fe and one answer in each column for NPS, Support and Product.

How do I get ride of the null values and combine the numbers from here?

There is something different about the three rows and that is probably why it is splitting it into three rows.  Make sure all the other columns are identical if you want it to appear in one row.  Maybe the time stamp is different by a fraction of a second or something.  Try removing the Date Time before the pivot step to see if it lines up properly.  If it does then maybe round your Date Time to the nearest second.

Ok yes, never would have thought that could be an issued. I changed the date/time column to just the date, then did the pivot and it worked. Thank you for the simple solution.

How would this apply to completion dates being different, and how can it be factored in so the data is not lost.
