Personal Gateway

I had a personal gateway set up, but it suddently went offline.

I tried uninstalling the gayeway and installing it again, but it gives an error, saying I have to uninstall the Data Management Gateway.

But I don't have any application with such name.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hi @arthurnotaro,

It seems that you don’t uninstall Power BI personal gateway completely. I would recommend you use CCleaner to clean up registry of personal gateway, and manually delete personal gateway folder under C:\Program Files, then re-install Power BI personal gateway.
