Overdue date calculation date

(New to PBI) In Transform Data Page, how do I insert a column that shows dates overdue as of today's date. Site Visit ECD is the Due Date and when Site Visit ACD is blank

I wanted to add a column that show as of today, records that have not had an actual visit

Based on your description, what is your record like, is the Actual Date of Site Visit  your output? what is the logic of it, can you provide more sample data ?
