Order number on report builder

I am needing to create a report that will pull all inofmration associated to the order number. whenever i add the items or descriptions of the items in the order it creates multiple records with the same order nuber in different rows. is there a way to make this distinct so that all relevant details will be shown next to the order number

To address this issue, you might want to use the grouping feature in Report Builder to group your data by the order number. This will allow you to display all item details associated with each order number together. Here's a brief guide on how to achieve this:

• In your report, go to the data region where you're displaying the order numbers and item details.
• Right-click on the row group where your order number is displayed, then select "Group Properties."
• In the Group Properties dialog, ensure that your group is set to group by the order number.
• You can then add the item details to the group details section, ensuring that all details related to an order number are displayed together.
