@v-achippa @ronrsnfld @Omid_Motamedise @anmolmalviya05 , Apologies from my side.

I am not able to select multiple columns in power query. Even in the data view tab in desktop

Is there some reason you are not able to add screenshots and a better explanation?

Please show, in detail (with words and a screenshot), exactly what you are doing and the results of each step, otherwise from what you have written, the possibilities are too numerous to enumerate.

I am not able to select muliplt columns in a table in Power Query.Screenshot (12).png

If all you have done is navigate to that screen, no columns will be selected.

You need to either click on multiple columns while holding down ctrl or shift (depending on

whether you want to select contiguous or non-contiguous columns), or use the Choose Columns button which is in the menu bar just above your data.

I did with Short Cuts + Holding the Control button + Shift button -- it didn't work.

Not sure what you mean by "Short Cuts".

To select a range of contiguous columns

  • Select the first column in your range by clicking on it with the mouse
  • Hold down ctrl+shift
  • Select the last column in the range
  • Release ctrl+shift

If that doesn't work, you may have a hardware problem.

Alternatively,  select the Choose Columns button on the Home menu, then Choose columns from the dropdown and select the relevant columns.
