Need help with splitting data using delimiters

Hello,

I have data in the format

INCWKN
INC123456

04-Mar-2023 11:58:32 - Firstname Lastname1 (Work notes)Monitoring the server.06-Mar-2023 07:49:24 - Firstname Lastname2 (Work notes)Promoted to a major incident.Waiting for Vendor.

I'll have to split this data into

INCDate-TimeAgent NameNotes
INC12345604-Mar-2023 11:58:32Firstname Lastname1Monitoring the server.
INC12345606-Mar-2023 07:49:24Firstname Lastname2Promoted to a major incident. Waiting for Vendor.

Please advise on how to achieve this

Thanks!

Hi,

you get this

by:

-split cloumn by delimiter to rows

serpiva64_1-1689168637508.png

- split column by delimiter (notice that the delimiter used is " - " with a space before and one after)

serpiva64_2-1689168671246.png

and finally split by delimiter

@serpiva64  - Thank you for the quick response

Usually, I'll have multiple statements within a single work notes

I think "." cannot be used as demiliter to rows

I have updated the sample table
