Need help with excel to dax

Hi very new to power BI and was wondering if someone can please help me convert this excel formula to Dax ASAP...

IFERROR($N9/SUMIFS($N$9:$N$170,E$9:E$170, E9), "")

N = resource maturity impact

E-= proj keu

Please help explain how i can write this as a dax.
