Need help on breakdown sales from aggregate to monthly and can be categorised by project/type level

I have a special sales report which unfortunately is an aggregate report  ie only show by Sales Job to date instead of Monthly basis.

    YTDYTDYTD
AgentsProject Sales descriptionInvoiceJanFebMar
Johnxxxxxx        3,000      6,536    10,000
Lizxxxxxx        1,500      2,177      2,500
Queeniexxxxxx        2,500      2,947      4,000
Evanxxxxxx        1,200      1,613      2,500
Rachelxxxxxx        5,000    10,232    10,900
          13,200    23,505    29,900

So I do like this

Current Sales JTD = SUM(Table[Sales])

Previous Month Sales JTD = CALCULATE([Current Sales JTD],PREVIOUSMONTH(VO[Period]))

In order to get month to date report.

So it looks alright,

Agents	Current Sales YTD
John 10,000
Liz 2,500
Queenie 4,000
Evan 2,500
Rachel 10,900
	 29,900

But when I try to see by project and/or sales details it shows the same number

AgentsProject Sales descriptionInvoiceJanFebMar
Johnxxxxxx      10,000    10,000    10,000
Lizxxxxxx        2,500      2,500      2,500
Queeniexxxxxx        4,000      4,000      4,000
Evanxxxxxx        2,500      2,500      2,500
Rachelxxxxxx      10,900    10,900    10,900

Appreciate if anyone could help on:

1. Whether my month to date DAX formula are accurate

2. How could I breakdown to project type, invoice type?

Expected results:

    MTDMTDMTD
AgentsProject Sales descriptionInvoiceJanFebMar
Johnxxxxxx        3,000      9,968    10,000
Lizxxxxxx        1,500      2,299      2,500
Queeniexxxxxx        2,500      3,383      4,000
Evanxxxxxx        1,200      1,405      2,500
Rachelxxxxxx        5,000      7,010    10,900

Hi @noseriya ,

According to your description, do you mean if you don't put project and sales columns in the visual, it works fine, otherwise it will get incorret result? Seems you haven't provided your month to date DAX formula. Additionally, could you please provide a example about your sample structure.

Best Regards,
