Hi there,
i am getting data from Smartsheet and would like to create an incremental refresh. Unfortunately "View native query" is greyed out.
I've checked all the other threads in this forum how to fix this problem but still it is greyed out. Source column is date/time format. Even Navigation step has greyed out native query.
Any idea?
Thanks
Manuel

It means query folding is not taking place. This is either because the source does not support it or there are steps in the query that break it.
The Smartsheet connector is limited, and the connector/drivers from CDATA are more capable, though come with a $$$ price tag. Options to determine query folding would be to open a Smartsheet Support Case and engage with the Smartsheet Community for peer support. Unfortunately, am not sure if there is an upstream tool from SmartSheet that would indicate Query Folding. You may want to
explore your options around the use of the API if that returns the data you are interested in.
Ok, thanks for the reply. Guess i have to write smartsheet guys to support this function in future.

Thanks HotChilli.
How to find out if Smartsheet supports query folding?
Steps - there is just the source and nivigation step.
