Hello all,
My company have recently switched to a new database provider, which requires a new password generated on every login to gain access.
I cannot identify how I can connect PowerBI to the MySQL database and then have it allow for a manual refresh whenever needed and auto-refresh through the gateway in powerbi.com, as it requires database credentials to connect in Desktop. I also cannot get it to connect on today's credentials.
Has anyone experienced this before, or know of the way around securing the connection, without having to edit the database source credentials on any refresh?
Many thanks
Lyane
