Having multiple refresh errors. Need this addressed immediately:

As mentioned in your error, you don't have a gateway configured that matches 100% of the data sources in the file you want to refresh.  You can check this when you click on the ... menu next to your data set and select "Schedule Refresh".  There is a section there called "Gateway Connection".
