Merging data into one row

Hello 🙂

Please help.

I need to merge all rows that have the same name on the "Owner" column and therefore no duplicate names, and merge the data that belongs to it. E.g in the screenshot below Under column 'SF' I have the figure 18430.59 and under column 'WU' I need it to add the two figues so that it can give the same total and so the column 'difference' can equal 0. Any help pleaseee

Hi @DianaDSTM - thank you for your question.  You could consider Group By;

This will add the values in the "SF" and "WU" columns - ignore the Difference column when grouping.  Then you are add a new "Difference" column based on [SF] - [WU].

Many thanks

Daryl
