Merge values in two columns into new column

I have two columns in excel as shown below:

I want to merge this two columns into a new column using Power Query so that result in the new column called "Final" is like below:

How can i acheive this using power query?

= Table.AddColumn(PriorStepOrTableName, "Final", each [Req number]?? [Req1 number])

Thanks for the response. It works fine. What does the ?? operator do?
