Measure difference of a sum column and a filtered column

Hello!

I am looking to calculate the remaining value of a budget based on how much time has lapsed in a year.  For instance, I want to take my total budget (a column in 1 querery) minus the acutal (a column in another querey), but will be changing as the year goes on.  Any help would be great!

The information you provided is not enough to make the problem clear enough. Can you provide some sample data to show how these two columns look like in two queries and what the expected result should be like? What the change should be like and should it be changing according to passing days or months or years?
