M: If text contains in look up table that match criteria, then True

Hi,

How do I go about doing this? I'm trying to get Result column by looking at LookUp table.

If text contains in LookUp table that match the Product, then True else False.

Table1:

ProductCommentResult
ABCapple banana cherryTrue
BCDapple orange lemonTrue
CDEcoconut watermelon mangoFalse

LookUp:

ProductComment
ABCkiwi
ABCbanana
BCDorange
BCDmango
CDEapple
CDEcherry
CDEbanana

Hi @EZiamslow

let
Source = Table.NestedJoin(Table1, {"Product"}, LookUp, {"Product"}, "LookUp", JoinKind.LeftOuter),
Result = Table.AddColumn(Source, "Result", each List.ContainsAny(Text.Split([Comment], " "), [LookUp][Comment]))
in
Result
