Lookup loop

I wrote a lookup query in to find the nearest match (Data and Time data) in two diffeent spreadsheets and I can able execute this in small size tables, but I have 30000 rowS and nearly 30 columns are there and query is just keep running and not comung out. Any alternative solution please
