Hi I need some help please.
I have managed to upload a table from the Dataverse but there are too many columns (500+) in the table. I previously used Microsoft SQl server to manipulate the columns using views. Is there a way to reduce the column number before the upload via Dataverse as I am unable to transform the data.

Hi @Polar_A
You may check if the Workaround for very large number of lookups or choice columns would be helpful. In advanced editor, replace the query text with below query text and add column names in the #“selectedcolumns” step.
let
Source = CommonDataService.Database("<myenvironment.crmX>.dynamics.com"),
dbo_contact = Source{[Schema="dbo",Item="contact"]}[Data],
#"selectedcolumns" = Table.SelectColumns(dbo_contact,{"fullname", "emailaddress1"})
in
#"selectedcolumns"
Best Regards,
Jing
