Loading data from a folder with *.JSON files

Background:

I am trying to create a Power BI data set that imports in all the *.JSON files from a specific mapped network drive.

Current Issue:

I've followed the steps outlined in the link below...

http://www.dutchdatadude.com/loading-multiple-json-files-using-power-query/

After completing the function, I am able to enter a specific path and filename successfully.

However, when I attempt to add the custom column (the last few steps), I get the following error message:

"An error occurred in the 'LoadJSON' query.  Expression.Error: We cannot convert a value of type List to type Text."

Details:

     Value=List

     Type=Type

Any help would be appreciated.  I'm a newbie...

It would be good to have some screenshots of where your query has stuck.

The error says that you have a List where it expects a Text. looking at the article this could be in multiple places, so if you can attach a draft of the query from the advance query dialog that will aid the conversation as well.
