Live Connection Dataset to New Table

I currently use a SSAS connection to my dataset. I do not have access to the underlying data in the Cube. I am in need of adding a new table to my report that relates to the existing dataset. From what I can tell, since this is a Live Connection, I cannot modify or augment any of the data once it is in Power BI, this includes adding a new dataset/table. Does anyone have a workaround for this or an alternative solution that may help me get what I would like added?

Thanks

If it is truly Live connection then no. If it is Direct Query then you can add import tables and you would then have a composite model.
